These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Handmade Birch Designs's Website, located at https://handmadebirchdesigns.co.uk.

By ordering from our website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Handmade Birch Designs if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Basket:

Placing an item into your basket does not reserve that item, and can therefore still become sold out. Your order is not confirmed until after you have checked out, and received a confirmation email.

Shipping/collection:

Prices shown on items do not include postage- these will be shown at checkout.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. The service used will be determined by which option you select at checkout. Free collection is available from the WR7 area. Beth will contact you after you have ordered to arrange a collection date and time, and provide you with the full collection address.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Handmade Birch Designs is not at fault if the order is delayed in getting to the customer if they have given an incorrect address, and the customer is responsible for any costs incurred in getting the order back to Handmade Birch Designs, then to the correct address.

Dispatch time:

Dispatch time varies depending on the item and whether it has to be custom made. Please see individual items to see dispatch time. If two items of differing dispatch times are ordered together, they will be posted according to the longest dispatch time. Orders will be posted tracked, on Tuesdays. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact Beth before ordering and she will be able to tell you if this is possible. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances mean that your order will not be posted within the time-frame given. Whilst Beth will try and get your order sent as stated, this may not always happen. Please remember she is just one person, and if she's ill, injured or dealing with a personal matter, there is nobody else to take over.

If Beth is away, you will still be able to order, but it might not be posted in the time-frame given on the individual item. If this is the case, a banner will be placed at the top of the web page detailing when Beth will be back, and therefore when the time-frame will start.

Delays:

Handmade Birch Designs is not responsible for any delays in shipping by third party couriers such as Royal Mail.
